"Carolyn Bonge, who works with Matt Doughtery, provides as few details as possible when answering questions and concerns. She doesn't prioritize clarity or directness, which makes it take longer than necessary to resolve questions and concerns. I would not recommend working with her, as she makes simple scenarios extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

Your response would make sense, if I had missed a payment. But I have not. It seems that your team is the party who is misunderstanding the premiums and payments, because I should not be billed for 3 months of insurance when the policy only began one month ago."

When you miss your payments on insurance, the bill doesn't just go away if you ignore it. State Farm provided coverage during that period of time.
